Custom Silicone Rubber Gaskets

Blaylock Gasket & Packing stocks a variety of different styles of silicone and silicone sponge to create custom silicone rubber gaskets. Materials include Commercial grade and White FDA Silicone and medium density sponge. Silicone can generally operate between -80° to 450° F with intermittent temperature spikes to 500°F. Silicone can be created in any color, but is mainly found in red, white, gray and occasionally blue. BG&P’s commercial-grade silicone is red in color. Silicone can also be reinforced with a fiberglass cloth insert.

Silicone is renowned for high tensile strength, elongation, compressibility, tear-resistance and lower compression set. Fungus and water-resistant.

Commercial Grade Silicone Sheeting

Commercial Grade silicone sheeting is designed to be used in applications where physical properties are not critical but extreme temperature resistance is still needed. Material is available in 25-80 Durometer in many colors. Sheet thickness ranges from 0.010" to 1" thick. The available width is up to 72" wide. Call customer service for many other variations of this material.
