Our Packing Inventory
Our mechanical packing, or stationary seal, inventory includes a wide variety of sizes and compositions:
- Carbon Packing: diagonally braided from high quality pure carbon fiber yarn, impregnated with graphite and a corrosion inhibitor.
- Graphite Packing: interlock braid using carded synthetic yarns thoroughly impregnated with a special petroleum based lubricant and graphite.
- PTFE Packing: FDA packing diagonally braided from a newly developed expanded PTFE yarn, filled with highly refined mineral filler particles, treated with FDA-conform mineral oil.
- PTFE/Graphite Packing: diagonally braided from pure, expanded PTFE-yarn with incorporated graphite, lubricated with silicone oil.
- Aramid Fiber: diagonally braided from continuous Aramid fibers, impregnated with PTFE and high temperature silicone oil.
- Cost-Effective Synthetic Yarns Impregnated with Graphite or PTFE
- Valve Stem Packing
