POLYETHYLENE SPONGES
From glossy black to food-grade white, Blaylock offers dozens of cross-linked polyethylene foams. These foamed plastic sponges are often referenced by their acronym, XLPE, and are an economical, diverse sponge used across a wide spectrum of industries. These materials can come in roll, bun, or sheet form, and are expertly skived with tight gauges and tolerances.
Blaylock XLPE sponges are make an excellent:

A plank-style rigid foam with closed-cell structure. Tried and tested and a premier packaging or shadowbox material. Make a terrific spacer and cushion as well.
