| Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS) | ABS is highly rigid, exhibits good impact strength at low temperatures and is resistant to abrasion. |
| Clear Vinyl | Clear Vinyl is durable, flexible, and waterproof. |
| Delrin | Delrin provides high strength and stiffness coupled with enhanced dimensional stability. Delrin has low coefficient of friction and resists a wide range of chemicals, including many solvents. |
| Mylar | Nylon is a strong, wear resistance plastic that offers excellent high temperature, electrical resistance, and chemical resistance. |
| Nylon | Nylon is a strong, wear resistance plastic that offers excellent high temperature, electrical resistance, and chemical resistance. |
| PETG | Polyester Terephthalate Glycol (PETG) copolymer is easily formed, die cut and punched. PETG has high impact strength and good clarity that allows to produce complex shapes. |
| Polycarbonate | Polycarbonate also known as Lexan, is a hard and strong plastic. Polycarbonate has good resistance to alcohols, acids, and can withstand temperatures down to -20°C. |
| Polyethylene (HDPE & LDPE) | HDPE is impact resistance, light weight, low moisture absorption and high tensile strength. HDPE is non-toxic and meets FDA and USDA certification for food processing. LDPE is a cost effective flexible polyethylene with good low temperature impact resistance but with a low continuous operating temperature. |
| Polypropylene | Polypropylene exhibits high dielectric strength, good resistance to chemicals, heat, and fatigue. Polypropylene offers excellent electrical and chemical resistance at higher temperatures. |
| Polyurethane | Polyurethane is the toughest and most abrasion-resistant it is a unique versatile material that provides the elasticity of rubber paired with the durability and strength of metal. |
| PVC | PVC is flame retardant and extremely resistance to water. In addition to offering high electrical insulation properties, PVC exhibits good impact and weather resistance. |
| Styrene | Styrene-butadiene rubber is the highest volume general-purpose synthetic rubber. Used in seals for non-mineral oil-based brake fluid applications. |
| UHMW | UHMW gaskets can withstand the harshest chemicals, making it the material of choice for applications including caustic compounds as well as rigorous cleaning solvents. |
